Dries Debecker, Process Manager Atlas Copco
Dries has been working at Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Service Division since 2010. He started his first 4 years in the Belgian Customer Center as Planner and Team Lead planning to move on to the division as a Business Process Expert for Service Operations.
He has been doing numerous projects in the Service Operation area and currently, after a 2 year relocation to the US, he's managing a team of Global Process Engineers that have the responsibility to introduce and optimize a wide variety of accelerating applications, programs and systems, contributing to the efficiency of a Customer Center. Atlas Copco is constantly on the lookout for a common denominator in locally built solutions to be able to bring them to a global level.
